|Directions||Step 1: Clean the cup and valve before and after each use (see cleaning instructions below). Step 2: After cleaning, pinch both ends of valve to open slits. Then insert the valve firmly until it can't be pushed any further. Step 3: After filling the cup, screw lid on tightly by twisting until you hear/feel the click and the arrow on the lid points anywhere within the zone marked on the cup rim.
