Orders are processed 7 days a week but may be delayed at this time.

- Order History: If you have created an account, you can check your order status by logging in and selecting the Order History tab.
- Order and Shipping Confirmation Emails: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once that order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Refunds will be issued for cancelled or partially shipped orders and confirmed via email. We appreciate your patience during this time regarding communications as we manage through higher than usual order volume.
