Active IngredientsEach Capsule: Pamabrom 50 mg
DirectionsRead all package directions and warnings before use. Use only as directed. Adults: One (1) softgel capsule after breakfast with a full glass of water. Dose may be repeated after 6 hours, not to exceed four (4) softgel capsules in 24 hours. Start taking 5 or 6 days before onset of period and continue until desired relief is obtained or end of period. Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water daily. For use by normally healthy adults only. Persons under 18 years of age should use only as directed by a doctor.

    This product does the trick for me when I'm retaining fluid or bloated from too much salty food or that time of the month. I use it frequently and have not had any side effects. I cant find it in stores so I order a couple of boxes at a time. I've tried Pamprin and it works too but makes me very drowsy which is fine if you're going to take it at night but for daytime this product is the answer.

    I am a dancer so sometimes I bloat up so much I can't fit into my costumes well. This works like a charm to alleviate the bloating. I wouldn't want to use it on a daily basis, but it works when I need it.
