We swear by this cream! Balmex, in our experience as first time parents of a little baby with a fairly sensitive bottom, has always protected & prevented diaper rash. Any redness was attacked within 1 diaper change, as the product claims to do. We've been extremely happy with Balmex and use it exclusively after trying some other creams (A&D, Aquaphor, etc)... some much more expensive. We've recently tried this new stick and we love it! Easy application and no need to get your hands dirty. Balmex once again has wowed my family!
